What can I expect with your marble coasters and magnets? 

Our tumbled marble tiles have a rustic tumbled edge that is unique on every stone. These variations are features of the natural material.

Are the coasters absorbent? 

Marble is a natural stone that is not absorbent, and our proprietary printing process encourages liquids to bead on the surface of the design. We feel that the water-resistant quality of our coasters is preferable to other products touted as absorbent, which can promote mold, fading and staining.

Caring for your coaster

We recommend using a damp, soft cloth with mild, soapy water. No abrasive cleaner, scrubbing material, or soaking in water. They are not dishwasher safe.

How do I wash and care for my microfibre suede towel?

Our towels are hard workers in the kitchen and can stand up to pretty much anything. Wash and dry them at your preferred temperature (bleach is OK). Towels will get softer the more they are washed.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We offer free US shipping on orders over $75. For US orders totaling less than $75, shipping is a flat-rate of $8 for USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Canada are charged a flat rate of $15 CAD for shipping.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within two to three business days, excluding holidays. If your order includes an item that we cannot immediately pull off the shelf, your order may take one to two weeks to ship. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

What is your return policy? 

If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it. Email hello@paisley-parsley.com to start a refund/replacement request. Please include all relevant information along with a photo of the issue and order number. You have one week (7 days) from the time of delivery to let us know there's an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window.

Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed.

Do you offer exchanges? 

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact hello@paisley-parsley.com.
