Thank you for your interest. Your business is important to us and we want to make sure that you’re satisfied with our products. Our products are handmade and some consist of natural materials. The texture and color variation is the natural beauty of our products. No two items are exactly alike and with each shipment, variations may occur.
Ordering
Payment is required at time of order. We accept all credit cards. Terms are not available. Your credit card will be charged when production of your order begins, usually within 5 days. If you prefer to pay by check, contact us for mailing address. Sorry, COD payments are not accepted.
You will receive an order confirmation email by end of the day the order is placed.
Shipping
We ship from our studio in Vancouver, Washington.
We pack all boxes using only top quality shipping material to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks of order date. We ship ground, although expedited shipping is available upon request and at your expense. Call or email for expedited charges.
We will gladly drop ship. Please contact us for details.
Returns
Our products are custom-made-to-order so we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final unless there is shipping damage. In these rare cases, Paisley & Parsley Designs MUST be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the product in order for us to address any issues. Please inspect your order right away upon receipt.
Remember: Any and all imperfections are part of the beauty of our products. We do not ship any product that we wouldn’t want for ourselves.
